WE PRAY AND GIVE THANKS

Sunday, 13th September, 2020

Along with other Anglicans in Australia: We pray for ministry with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island People of Australia and for Aboriginal Clergy and People.

In our Diocese: We pray for the Clergy and people of St. Paul's Manuka and St. David's Close Red Hill, for St. David's Close Care Units Red Hill, for Aged Care Chaplaincy, for Calvary John James Hospital and for Parliamentary Christian Fellowship.

Locally we pray and give thanks for: Our Clergy and all who minister in this Parish, for the Uniting Church Community, Patients, Doctors, Nursing and General Staff of Tumut Hospital.

We pray for those in need of God’s comfort and care: as listed on our Pew Sheet, and those named on our Mercy List. We also pray for those living alone and the small businesses of our town in these difficult times.

We pray for those who mourn: For all who feel the emptiness and loss of loved ones at this time, may you know God's loving care and support. We pray especially for the family and friends of those who have lost loved ones in recent times, remembering especially the family and friends of Wayne Lucas, Diana Lipscomb, Peter Harris and Peter Hartley.
